The role emphasizes latte art, friendly service, and upselling items. Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays is required; prior cash handling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior Barista experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with various coffee beans and blends.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn new recipes and techniques.
• Prior cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and more.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations.
• Create latte art and ensure drinks are beautifully presented.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure equipment is in proper condition.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure quality and freshness.
• Upsell pastries, snacks, or merchandise as appropriate.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately.
• Provide friendly, efficient service ensuring guests feel welcomed.
