Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, AP, payroll support, cashiering, or related financial operations.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and AP processes.
• Experience handling cash and reconciling discrepancies.
• Hospitality or resort experience preferred.
• Education in Accounting/Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Processes accounts payable transactions with approvals and timely payment.
• Maintains accounting records in line with GAAP and company policies.
• Supports payroll processes and compliance with payroll regulations.
• Performs cashiering and cash handling; reconciles daily transactions.
• Supports daily revenue and financial reporting for resort operations.
• Assists with month-end and year-end closing activities.
