Job summary

Elliot Builders in Los Angeles is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead on-site operations for high-end residential projects. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule adherence, and client communications while coordinating with project managers and subcontractors.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong documentation, and the ability to coach field crews. A vehicle and tools are required; solid knowledge of codes and OSHA is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on high-end residential builds.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, OSHA requirements, and safety.
• Ability to lead teams, coordinate subs, and communicate with clients.
• Experience with project scheduling and cost estimation.
• Proficiency in construction management software and field reporting.
• Must have own vehicle and tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations and coordinate subs and inspectors.
• Champion safety and enforce compliance with codes and OSHA.
• Manage quality control, issues, and on-site problem solving.
• Keep accurate site records, as-builts, logs, and docs.
• Develop and manage project schedule with the Project Manager.
• Lead subcontractors and crew, coaching for productivity.
• Coordinate material delivery, storage, and site organization.
• Represent the firm professionally with clients and architects.
