The position is part-time with evenings and weekends, requires a high school diploma or GED, and a Texas security license is preferred. You should communicate effectively, stay calm under pressure, and work responsibly as part of our concierge-style security team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Texas Level II Security License preferred or able to obtain one.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of the property, including parking garages and common areas.
• Monitor for unauthorized individuals, safety hazards, and property damage.
• Document incidents and patrol activities through daily reports.
• Respond to resident concerns and emergency situations professionally.
