Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for luxury residential construction in the West Palm Beach area. The role oversees high-end custom homes valued at $3M+ from preconstruction through completion, coordinating architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in luxury residential construction.
• Experience managing custom homes, estates, or high-end renovations.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, schedules, and budgeting.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Experience managing client expectations in a luxury, highly customized environment.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of high-end custom home construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Coordinate architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
