Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience estimating residential HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
- Experience with custom homes or residential new construction preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates for custom home construction projects by reviewing architectural plans, blueprints, specifications and project documents.
- Evaluate system requirements, perform quantity takeoffs, develop pricing and prepare proposals.
- Coordinate with builders, developers, homeowners, vendors and internal teams through the preconstruction process.
- Assist with revisions, track project changes, and help transition awarded projects to production.
