Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a reliable Housekeeper for a luxury multifamily residence in Downtown Austin. The role focuses on maintaining pristine common areas and a welcoming environment, supporting residents and guests, and upholding luxury standards.

This full-time position offers weekend shifts, three flexible weekday midshift opportunities, and an hourly rate of $18–$20. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior housekeeping or hospitality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior housekeeping, hospitality, luxury residential, hotel, or related experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional interactions with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lobbies, corridors, amenity spaces, and outdoor areas.
• Clean and care for floors, carpets, and surfaces with attention to detail.
• Keep trash and recycling areas clean and orderly.
• Identify and report safety concerns, maintenance needs, or cleanliness issues.
• Support the team with additional housekeeping tasks to maintain luxury standards.
