This is a part-time position with a pay rate of $16 per hour. We are currently hiring for weekend shifts from 3:30 pm to 11:00 pm.

As an NFC Amenity Front Desk Associate, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses, being the first point of contact for residents and their guests. You will monitor the lobby, handle incoming calls and requests, and manage package and food deliveries.

Your main goal is to make residents feel at home by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring smooth operations and service by effectively communicating with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
  • Following property-specific procedures for receiving and signing for deliveries.
  • Facilitating contractor arrivals/departures and visits from realtors or potential buyers/renters.
  • Advising residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
  • Managing access for residents, guests, and vendors according to property procedures.
  • Promptly responding to and completing resident requests, calls, and questions.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in the supplied uniform.
  • Enjoying interactions with residents.
