Luxury Residential Fitness and Spa Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy individual to oversee the Fitness, Spa, and pool operations at a luxury residential building in a premier Miami Beach location. You will oversee fitness programming and wellness events, as well as front desk concierge operations. PAY IS $45,000 per year with a potential commission and bonus. The schedule is expected to be Monday to Friday- 6am-2pm. However, this position requires the ability to cover all shifts in emergencies. The location is in zip code 33139. This is a full-time position offering health care options as well as paid time off and benefits.

As an NFC Amenity Spa & Fitness Manager, you get to work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, where you'll be the go-to person for all things spa and fitness related, from managing finances to spreading the word about our fantastic services. Our Managers’ mission is to keep clients happy, staff in high spirits, and the operations running smoothly.

Ultimately, your priority is to ensure that our residents and guests receive an exceptional, memorable experience from the moment they arrive at the facility to the time they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee group fitness programs.
  • Develop and drive personal training programming and revenues.
  • Manage a mini spa offering, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Oversee an extensive fitness center and co-working spaces.
  • Assist the concierge team as needed.
  • Manage payroll and point-of-sale operations for the fitness center.

Requirements:

  • Must be a certified personal trainer with a current, nationally accredited certification.
  • Credentials will be checked.
  • Highly experienced in group fitness and programming.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and a high level of energy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A flexible schedule is a must.
  • Must not engage in personal training during shift hours but can train before or after shifts.
