Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Construction Superintendent for a high-end residential firm in Los Angeles, CA. You will coordinate daily construction activities, ensure safety and quality, and work closely with the Project Manager to maintain schedule and budget.

The ideal candidate has prior superintendent experience in construction, strong communication skills, and fluency with Procore and standard Office tools. This is an on-site role with a benefits package provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry is mandatory.
• Benefits package provided; compensation based on experience.
• Procore knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all construction operations under Project Manager's direction.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Review shop drawings and subcontractor performance.
• Maintain daily logs and up-to-date drawings/As-Builts.
• Manage subcontractor meetings and communications with stakeholders.
