Qualifikationen

• Licensed real estate agent with proven lead conversion.
• Strong negotiation and client service skills.
• Comfortable with daily prospecting and follow-up.
• Experience with buyer/seller representation preferred.
• Familiarity with Zillow Premier Flex program is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Work with active buyer and seller leads generated through the Zillow Premier Flex program.
• Guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the transaction process.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
• Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations.
• Schedule and attend property showings and client appointments.
• Negotiate offers and contracts while providing a high level of client service.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Prospect daily to generate additional business and expand your pipeline.
• Collaborate with team members to improve conversion and client experience.
• Stay current on local market trends, inventory, and pricing strategies.
• Participate in coaching, training, and accountability meetings.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that leads to repeat and referral business.
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales.
• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth.
• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community.
• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience.
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home.
