Job summary

Interluxe Group in Los Angeles seeks an Account Supervisor, Strategic Communications to lead luxury real estate PR programs and act as day-to-day client lead. You will shape strategy, drive earned media, and collaborate with strategists, creatives, and data specialists to deliver results that matter.

The role demands 4–5 years in luxury markets, supervisory experience, exceptional writing and relationship building with journalists and influencers.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of luxury real estate, architecture, design, hospitality or lifestyle PR experience.
• Experience supervising at least one junior team member.
• Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong portfolio with national, regional, broadcast and digital coverage.
• Ability to build long-term narratives beyond a single headline.
• Knowledge of real estate, luxury industries and media.

Responsibilities

• Guide day-to-day strategy and direction for clients and internal teams.
• Drive measurable earned media results.
• Maintain client relationships through meetings, calls, reports.
• Write and edit press releases, media pitches, plans; lead press trips.
• Develop relationships with journalists, influencers, industry contacts.
• Ideate and broker strategic partnerships for campaigns.
• Develop creative campaign ideas with senior coaching; participate in brainstorms.
• Recommend and implement ongoing strategic programs tied to news cycles.
• Support programs around milestones, leadership, leasing, sales momentum.
• Stay on top of industry news and attend events.
• Oversee account work for 1-3 team members; provide training and mentorship.
• Be a team player, self-starter, passionate about PR.
• Identify potential client issues and propose solutions.
• Support crisis communications as directed.
