Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services, preferably in luxury or historic hotel settings.
• Attention to detail, elegance, and cleanliness.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for long shifts.
• Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds and handle physical requirements.
• Flexible to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Basic English communication; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public spaces: lobbies, parlors, corridors,_event spaces, elevators, and public restrooms.
• Keep décor polished and public areas neat to reflect Southern hospitality.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and guest areas as needed.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly.
• Greet guests courteously and assist with information as needed.
• Follow cleanliness protocols and hygiene standards per 5-star and Forbes Travel Guide.
• Assist with event setups and seasonal décor in coordination with teams.
• Care for cleaning equipment and ensure safe use of chemicals.
