Monique Lhuillier is seeking a Production Technical Designer who translates the creative vision into production-ready garments. You will lead production fittings, develop and maintain technical documentation, and ensure alignment with brand standards and timelines.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in luxury Ready-to-Wear/Bridal, strong knowledge of garment construction, patterns, and fit, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury Ready-to-Wear and/or Bridal apparel and textiles.

Aufgaben

• Lead production fittings and take detailed fit notes.
• Create and maintain production tech packs from first fit through production.
• Spec garments, measure, fit, and document revisions.
• Communicate garment construction and sewing techniques to internal and external partners.
• Apply knowledge of basic patternmaking and pattern corrections.
• Review contractor T.O.P. samples for fit, construction, and quality.
• Partner closely with Design and Production to ensure garments meet brand standards and production timelines.
