Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional retouching experience in e-commerce, retail, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showing before-and-after retouching work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Bridge and the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent color vision and aesthetic aligned with premium brand standards.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with exceptional quality.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and precision.
• Collaborative team player, able to take direction and implement feedback quickly.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-end image retouching across product, lifestyle, and marketing imagery.
• Execute precise color correction and color matching to maintain brand consistency.
• Conduct image reconstruction and compositing to realize complex concepts.
• Prepare and submit images for review, incorporating feedback from teams.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
