Job summary

What Goes Around Comes Around, based in Jersey City, seeks a detail-oriented data entry specialist to setup SKUs and manage luxury accessories in internal databases. You will work closely with the Manager of Luxury Product Operations and collaborate with Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure accurate data and authenticity documentation.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to identify brand styles and materials, and experience with luxury product research.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Chanel, Hermès, Fendi, Valentino and Saint Laurent.
• Ability to identify product styles, materials, sizes and color variations.
• Proven experience or strong aptitude in luxury product research and identification.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Job description

The primary responsibility of this role is data entry and SKU setup of luxury accessories into our internal databases. This individual will report to the Manager of Luxury Product Operations and coordinate closely with the Buying and Merchandising teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, unpack and organize incoming luxury buys
• Confirm product brand, category, style, color, size, and material of items being received
• Ensure the accuracy of images, quantities, costs, serial numbers, and retail prices being entered into the system
• Create letters of authenticity to accompany the product
• Ticket and internally distribute merchandise to appropriate business channels based on predetermined allocations
• Be accountable for individual KPIs set to meet the needs of the business

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of luxury brands, including but not limited to: Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Chanel, Hermès, Fendi, Valentino, Saint Laurent, and similar high-end labels
• Strong ability to identify product styles, materials (leather types, textiles, hardware), sizes, and color variations
• Proven experience or strong aptitude in luxury product research and identification
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
