Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Culinary Arts or Apprenticeship preferred.
• 1+ year experience cooking in a fast paced kitchen preferred.
• Experience with scratch cooking preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and communicate with staff and Residents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion all food items at the station to ensure quality and consistency.
• Support Executive Chef and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Model professional, friendly, and timely service to Residents and guests.
