Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group personal training sessions.
• Conduct fitness assessments and create individualized workout programs.
• Promote wellness services, classes, and fitness packages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fitness environment.
• Build strong relationships with guests and members to encourage retention.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and enforce safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Spa, Membership, and Front Desk teams to enhance the guest journey.
• Stay current on industry trends, certifications, and wellness programming.
• Assist in planning and leading specialty workshops or fitness events.
