• Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
• Prepare and display buffet food items according to standards.
• Prepare all foods following standard recipes under leadership.
• Break down buffets and kitchen line, storing food and equipment properly.
• Work at banquet food station as scheduled.
• Know location and operation of fire extinguishing equipment.
• Practice safe work habits to avoid injury.
• Ensure guests are served promptly during operating hours.
