Qualifications

• Licensed NYC real estate agent with transaction experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prepared showings and open houses across Manhattan and Brooklyn.
• Collaborate on sales, rentals, and new development listings with Sarah.
• Qualify inquiries and move conversations toward the next step.
• Coordinate appointments, property access, applications, board packages, and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and client updates.
• Research comparable properties and neighborhood activity.
• Contribute input on listing presentation and marketing.
• Build relationships with clients, co-brokers, staff, and partners.
• Communicate proactively and follow through without reminders.
