Job summary

Thompson Thrift is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Levi in McDonough, Georgia to drive occupancy and revenue by delivering an engaging prospect experience and guiding residents through the leasing journey. In this role you will conduct tours, process applications, coordinate move-ins, and collaborate with on-site teams while maintaining market knowledge and a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or a professional office environment.
• Experience in multifamily leasing, sales, or hospitality preferred.
• Class A or luxury multifamily experience a plus.
• Flexibility to work some evenings; must be able to work weekends.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements including lifting 10–25 lbs frequently and up to 40 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, providing personalized tours highlighting features.
• Guide prospects through the application and leasing process, addressing questions and objections.
• Support leasing performance by contributing to occupancy goals and conversions.
• Respond to prospect inquiries across phone, email, and digital platforms promptly.
• Deliver high level of customer service to prospective and current residents to support retention.
• Support marketing and outreach, including online presence, reputation management, and events.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the community, amenities, and surrounding market.
• Prepare lease documents, process applications, and maintain records.
• Assist with resident move-ins, onboarding, and communication for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with on-site management and team members for a high-performing leasing environment.
