Elliman Capital, a boutique mortgage lender, invites experienced Mortgage Loan Originators to join our hybrid, commission-based team in New York. We offer uncapped commissions, a full product menu (conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, non-QM), and robust marketing support to help you grow.

We value established referral networks, luxury/investor market know-how, and a client-first advisory approach. Active NY NMLS license or ability to obtain one is required; compliance with SAFE Act is expected.

Qualifications

• Active NY NMLS license (or ability to obtain promptly) with clean regulatory record
• 2+ years of front-end origination experience; luxury/investor market experience preferred
• Established referral relationships
• Strong consultative and client-first communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline
• Tech‑proficient and comfortable operating in a digital‑first environment
