Job summary

TheKey in Redwood City is looking for a Caregiver (Memory Care Professional) dedicated to improving the quality of life for clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Caregivers will provide personalized, activity-based care while ensuring luxury-brand customer service.

We offer competitive compensation with paid training starting at $20.10/hr, health benefits, consistent schedules with weekly pay, and opportunities for growth. Applicants must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience and must pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience in caring for Dementia/Alzheimer clients.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow customized care plans addressing clients' needs.
• Assist clients with personal care activities including hygiene.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Drive own vehicle for client outings and appointments.
• Document tasks and communicate client condition changes.

Skills

Professional caregiving experience
