Premier Matchmaking is seeking a part-time, remote Executive Assistant & Appointment Setter to support a luxury matchmaking practice serving high-net-worth individuals. The role focuses on calling warm leads to secure daily appointments for our high-closing-rate team and handling client vetting to maintain stringent safety standards.

You will interact with affluent clients, maintain a polished, confident communication style, and collaborate to meet daily scheduling targets.

Qualifications

• Sales or appointment-setting experience required.
• Comfortable speaking with affluent clients and exuding poise.
• Able to secure appointments on a regular basis (daily).

Responsabilités

• Appointment Setting: secure 1 appointment daily (5/week, 20/month min) from warm leads.
• Client Vetting: conduct background checks and verifications.
• High-Net-Worth Interaction: engage with affluent clients professionally to schedule meetings.
