Job summary

Red Hospitality & Leisure is hiring Crew Members for their luxury vessels in Maui. Candidates should be dependable, have strong interpersonal skills, and be comfortable in the ocean. Responsibilities include ensuring safe vessel operations, providing exceptional guest experiences, and performing maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma, First Aid/CPR certification, and be a good swimmer. Previous experience in hospitality and a valid Driver’s License are preferred.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Must be a good swimmer, comfortable in open ocean.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe operation of USCG Inspected Vessel.
• Provide enjoyable, guest-centric experience during excursions.
• Perform routine maintenance and communication of critical needs.
• In-water snorkel instruction and supervision.
