Responsibilities

Clean and maintain common areas including walkways, restrooms, lounges, elevators, stairwells, and service corridors.
Maintain luxury-level cleanliness and presentation; work discreetly around guests and tenants.
Follow health and safety cleaning procedures; safely handle cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Assist with pre- and post-cleaning for events and seasonal décor; support high-traffic periods and holidays.
Collaborate with facilities, landscaping, security, and management teams; complete cleaning checklists and report needs.
