Shell Bay, operated by Troon, seeks a Locker Room Attendant in Hallandale Beach, FL to deliver the pinnacle member experience in a luxury private-club setting. You will oversee locker rooms, amenities, and premium spaces, ensuring impeccable service and discretion.

In this on-site role, you will collaborate with Golf Operations to provide seamless post-round transitions and personalized guest care, including concierge-style services. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of luxury hospitality or private club experience.
• High standards of personal presentation and communication.
• Ability to stand/walk, lift up to 30 lbs, and work weekends/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Welcomes members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
• Anticipates needs and delivers personalized service with consistency.
• Monitors cleanliness and ambiance across locker room, showers, and adjacent areas.
• Replenishes amenities, towels, toiletries, and refreshments regularly.
• Partners with Golf Operations to support member preferences and locker assignments.
• Coordinates with housekeeping, engineering, and food & beverage for a seamless experience.
