We’re looking for a driven Listing Agent to join our rapidly growing real estate team. Responsibilities: • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Possesses a real estate license • License requiredCommission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $140,000 at plan
