Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Agent for Southerly LoSo in Charlotte, NC. You will support the Property Manager by leasing units and delivering exceptional resident-focused service to current and prospective residents.

Responsibilities include developing sales and marketing strategies with the team, driving occupancy targets, and maintaining property knowledge through tours and surveys, all while ensuring a superior 5-star resident experience and loyalty to the EMBREY brand.

Qualifications

• One year of leasing experience with property management or similar role.
• Experience using Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Work with property staff to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Increase property traffic levels and maintain closing ratios to meet occupancy targets.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competitors through site visits and surveys.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, building a 5-star experience through daily interactions and events.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring residents receive a stellar experience.
