Qualifications

• At least one year experience in customer service, sales, or property management.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Generate engagement on social media platforms and trends.
• Maintain high-quality communication with residents and prospects.
• Build and nurture a prospect pipeline through personalized outreach.
• Use software platforms for resident relations and operations.
• Present the property with careful attention to detail and curb appeal.
• Assist with applications, leases, and related processes.
