Qualifications

• 1 year of property management experience preferred
• Excellent sales and customer service skills are essential
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to audio recordings during work duties

Responsibilities

• Greets prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner
• Qualifies applicants for apartments promptly
• Coordinates with maintenance for smooth move-ins

• Assists with monthly admin tasks and keeps paperwork organized
• Interacts with residents to resolve maintenance issues and ensure timely rent payments
