The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, professional communication, and teamwork with the Property Manager to maintain high standards in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Experience in luxury or lease-up communities is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Highly organized and detail oriented; able to work in a fast-paced team.

Mansioni

• Be the first point of contact for prospective residents and deliver a leasing experience.
• Assist with property’s leasing and occupancy goals and show available units.
