Qualifications

• Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetician License is required.
• Proven experience with eyelash extensions.
• Strong consultation and communication skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented with a strong artistic eye.
• Consistent attendance and professionalism required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lash and brow services (extensions, lifts, tints, refills).
• Create a personalized, relaxing experience for every guest.
• Educate guests on aftercare and retail products.
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through rebooking.
