Responsibilities

• Create excellent experiences for every guest
• Perform high quality services – lashes, tints, lash/brow lifts & threading
• Educate guests
• Promote products and memberships
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
• Team player, pursuing continued growth in the art of lashing
• Remain current on certifications and trends in the industry

When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so they can step out and face the world with confidence.

We developed a proprietary training program to provide you with the latest, most innovative lashing and guest care courses. Whether new or experienced, you’ll get both intensive theory-based and hands‑on education to further your professional careers.
