Job summary

Toll Landscape is seeking a Senior Landscape Supervisor to oversee multiple job sites in Jupiter, FL. You will coordinate foremen, subcontractors, materials, and schedules to deliver high-quality landscape installations on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years supervising landscape and hardscape installs, reads grading plans, estimates installations, and communicates clearly with customers and crews. We offer competitive compensation and benefits.

• Create schedules; prioritize tasks and adjust for weather or delays.
• Track costs and provide reports to administration.
• Oversee safety, on-time delivery, and budget compliance.
• Conduct training to on-site personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure design is constructed to customer satisfaction.
• Forecast and execute land contracts and monthly revenue.
• Takeoffs and estimates for customer proposals.
• Participate in on-site meetings to drive satisfaction.

We are expanding our operations and have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Landscape Supervisor for our operations in Jupiter, Florida.

What is the opportunity?

The Senior Landscape Supervisor is responsible for managing all job operations. He/she coordinates the procurement and schedules resources such as labor, equipment, and materials to deliver finished landscape jobs to Toll Brothers homebuyers. Under the Senior Supervisor’s direction jobs are to be completed on time and within budget, ensuring safety guidelines and quality standards are a priority while achieving high homebuyer satisfaction.

What are the primary responsibilities?

• Coordinate, direct, and manage Foreman and subcontractors performing landscape activities on multiple job sites daily through job completion
• Create job schedules; prioritize and assign tasks; adjust schedules as necessary in response to weather conditions, staff absences and/or subcontractor delays
• Track and provide actual job materials, labor, and subcontractor costs to the administration team for timely distribution of job cost reports
• Oversee job activities to ensure work is performed safely, on time, and within budget
• Conduct instruction and training to on-site personnel and subcontractors
• Ensure that the design is constructed and completed to the satisfaction of the customer
• Collect insights and data from the Toll Division teams to contribute to the annual area budgeting
• Forecast and execute sold work to achieve monthly budgeted revenue
• Execute land development and base house contracts
• Perform takeoffs and estimates to prepare proposals for customer approval
• Participate in on site meetings with homebuyers and Toll Division teams to drive customer satisfaction
• Mentor landscape team members as needed
• All other duties as assigned

• Essential:
  • 5+ years’ experience supervising landscape and hardscape installations
  • High School Diploma or GED

• Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture or Landscape Contracting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
