Qualificações

• 10+ years experience serving high-end residential clients
• Bachelor’s degree in landscape-related field preferred
• Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) considered a strong asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CAD, Dynascape and BOSS LM is advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Prospect for new clients and actively reach out to leads to present and sell luxury landscape design and installation services
• Prepare site take-offs, landscape plans, and accurate installation estimates
• Manage end-to-end project execution with production team and subcontractors
• Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships and address service requests
• Process sales documents, procurement records, and invoices using BOSS LM
• Represent the organization at local industry events and networking opportunities
