Pending seeks an experienced Luxury Kitchen & Millwork Designer for our showroom at The Mall at Short Hills. The role focuses on luxury interiors, custom millwork, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

The candidate will design high-end residential kitchens and cabinetry, transforming concepts into production-ready designs using 2020 Design and AutoCAD, while guiding clients from initial consultation through project completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience designing luxury kitchens and millwork.
• Advanced proficiency in 2020 Design and AutoCAD.
• Strong cabinetry construction, materials, and manufacturing knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor for luxury showroom.

Responsibilities

• Design luxury kitchens, closets, vanities, and architectural millwork.
• Consult with clients to understand vision, lifestyle, and goals.
• Develop detailed designs, renderings, and presentations using 2020 Design.
• Produce construction drawings and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare proposals, specifications, and material selections.
• Guide clients through design and sales from consultation to completion.
• Collaborate with project managers and production teams for project execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and builders.
• Deliver professionalism and exceptional customer service throughout the project.
