Job summary

Timeline Design+Build in the Bay Area seeks a Kitchen & Bath Designer to lead design and documentation for luxury residential remodels. You will collaborate with clients to create functional, beautiful spaces and guide them through design selections, sales, and project coordination from concept to construction documents.

The role requires strong knowledge of residential codes, NKBA guidelines, and cabinetry processes, with attention to detail, client focus, and a commitment to design excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of residential kitchen and bath design experience.
• Strong experience with custom cabinetry design, detailing, cabinet ordering, shop drawing review.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Lead client consultations and guide clients through the kitchen and bath remodeling process.
• Lead the sales process by developing design concepts, presenting solutions, and helping clients confidently move forward with their projects.
• Manage client expectations, budgets, schedules, and design decisions throughout the project.
• Design custom kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and cabinetry-intensive spaces.
