Timeline Design + Build is seeking a skilled Kitchen & Bath Designer to lead design and documentation for luxury residential remodeling projects in the Bay Area. You will partner with clients to create functional, beautiful, buildable spaces, guiding them through design selections, sales, and project management from concept to construction documentation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are accurate, code-compliant, and construction-ready, with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field preferred.
3+ years of residential kitchen and bath design experience.
Proficiency in cabinetry design, detailing, cabinet ordering, and shop drawing review.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Lead client consultations and guide clients through the kitchen and bath remodeling process.
Lead the sales process by developing design concepts and presenting solutions.
Manage client expectations, budgets, schedules, and design decisions across the project.
Design custom kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and cabinetry-intensive spaces.
Develop space plans and cabinetry layouts that maximize storage and aesthetics.
Specify cabinetry, hardware, countertops, plumbing fixtures, appliances, tile, lighting, and finishes.
Review cabinet shop drawings to ensure design intent is maintained.
