Bergdorf Goodman, a New York luxury retailer, is seeking a Selling Assistant to support Personal Shopper activities and ensure flawless client experiences. You will assist with appointments, manage client data, and handle post-sale follow-ups in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Styling, fashion and/or fashion retail experience is required.
• Experience with Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Spreadsheets).
• High School Diploma / equivalency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and executing selling appointments.
• Ring transactions at POS
• Completing post appointment follow up, including order tracking and alterations
• Help organize appointment scheduling
• Enter and maintain precise clientele information
• Assist with Digital selling and Social media presence
• Assist in organizing gifting initiatives for Top Clients
• Ensure all unsold merchandise is returned to stock
• Ensure fitting rooms are clean and tidy
• Other duties and projects as required
