Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate client relationships with elevated selling and exceptional service, both in-store and digitally, using the latest technology for outreach. The role is onsite at the Austin location and reports to the Sales Manager.

You will bring fashion expertise, commission-based selling experience, and a flexible schedule to a dynamic luxury retail team, with comprehensive benefits for eligible full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / equivalency required.
• Sales experience in fashion or luxury retail preferred.
• Ability to use digital tools for outreach and selling.
• Strong client relationship building and communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration
