Job summary

Ana Luisa in Brea, CA seeks a Keyholder to serve as a brand ambassador and leadership presence on the sales floor. You will deliver elevated client experiences, mentor the team, and uphold luxury standards across operations and visuals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail leadership or keyholder experience, preferably luxury or premium retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Passion for fine jewelry, styling, and luxury service.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory systems preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Open availability required on Fri/Sat/Sun and two 4 hour shifts Mon-Thurs.

Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative store culture rooted in positivity, teamwork, and excellence.
• Coach and develop team members through motivation, product knowledge, and leadership on the sales floor.
• Lead by example in delivering elevated client experiences and upholding luxury service standards.
• Communicate store goals, KPIs, and brand initiatives clearly and effectively.
• Drive sales through personalized styling and client-first service.
• Deliver bespoke service and cultivate long-term clientele and brand loyalty.
• Support achievement of store KPIs, including conversion, AOV, UPT, and client retention.
• Assist with in-store events and client experiences to strengthen community engagement and brand affinity.
• Utilize Custom Jewelry and Permanent Jewelry services to create memorable client moments.
• Support daily store operations, including opening/closing, transactions, returns, and inventory.
