Job summary

Ben Bridge Jeweler in Topanga Plaza, CA, seeks a full-time sales associate with luxury retail or fine jewelry experience. You will build authentic relationships, present merchandise with enthusiasm, and work toward unforgettable customer experiences.

You must have 2–3 years luxury retail selling experience, strong English communication, and a passion for service. This on-site role offers hourly pay, a monthly sales bonus, benefits, and opportunities for paid training, including GIA certification

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of selling experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Fine jewelry and/or watch sales experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing needs and making personalized recommendations.
• Present merchandise with enthusiasm and create memorable experiences for clients.
• Maintain customer information and follow up to build long-term relationships.
• Inspect jewelry and advise on repairs or maintenance as needed.
