Responsibilities

• Assist designers with sourcing furniture, lighting, accessories, artwork, and materials.
• Prepare for staging and interior design projects.
• Assist with design presentations, mood boards, and material organization.
• Support installation and styling days.
• Organize design library, samples, and vendor resources.
• Capture and organize content from projects; support social media and marketing initiatives.
• Research luxury design, real estate, and lifestyle trends.
• Assist with photoshoots, events, partnerships, and PR opportunities.
• Ensure materials and content remain consistent with the REH brand.
• Assist with project organization, schedules, and documentation.
• Communicate with vendors and track orders, samples, and project needs.
• Support administrative and organizational tasks and maintain accurate files.
• Participate in team meetings and learn project progression from concept to completion.

About REH Interiors

REH Interiors is a luxury staging and interior design firm specializing in creating elevated, thoughtfully designed spaces throughout South Florida. We are looking for a motivated, creative, and highly organized intern who is excited to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of a fast-paced luxury design business.

The Role

The Luxury Interiors Intern will work alongside our design, staging, marketing, and operations teams, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of our projects—from the initial design concept and sourcing to installation, client experience, and marketing.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in interior design, staging, marketing, or the business side of the luxury design industry who wants meaningful, real-world experience.

What You'll Do

Interior Design & Staging

• Assist designers with sourcing furniture, lighting, accessories, artwork, and materials
• Help prepare for staging and interior design projects
• Assist with design presentations, mood boards, and material organization
• Support installation and styling days
• Help organize the design library, samples, and vendor resources

Marketing & Brand

• Assist with capturing and organizing content from projects and installations
• Support social media and marketing initiatives
• Help research luxury design, real estate, and lifestyle trends
• Assist with photoshoots, events, partnerships, and PR opportunities
• Help ensure materials and content remain consistent with the REH brand

Operations & Project Support

• Assist with project organization, schedules, and documentation
• Communicate with vendors and help track orders, samples, and project needs
• Support the team with administrative and organizational tasks
• Help maintain accurate project information and files
• Participate in team meetings and learn how projects move from concept through completion

Who We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
• Strong interest in luxury interiors, design, real estate, or lifestyle brands
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional, polished, and comfortable communicating with different people
• Creative, resourceful, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change
• Willing to jump in and help wherever needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar programs is a plus but not required

Internship Details

• Pay: $20/hour
• Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week
• Location: Boca Raton, FL
• Position Type: Paid Internship
• Some local travel to project sites, showrooms, installations, and vendor locations may be required.
