Job summary

RH is seeking a Trade Consultant to deliver first-class service to clients and internal teams while building a thriving trade business within our luxury gallery environment.

You will work closely with the Residential Trade Leader to educate and qualify design trade clientele, coordinate design development, installations, and services, ensuring RH standards of quality and absolute client satisfaction across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-end interior design showroom.
• Strategic, organized and results-oriented.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building a thriving trade business.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google Apps.

• Represent RH brand through polished communication and professionalism.
• Partner with Residential Trade Leader to grow the interior design trade business.
• Qualify and educate potential design and trade clientele through consultations, site visits, and design development coordination.
• Provide product expertise and elevated service.
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery.
