Qualifications

• Professional degree and licensure/certification in a design discipline required.
• Active professional membership (AIA, IDS, ASLA, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated track record managing creative and financial team performance.
• Strong cross-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning for team success.
• Provide technical and creative direction to designers and PMs.
• Assign work across the team considering schedule and experience.
• Develop and implement corrective action for underperforming projects.
• Support hiring: review resumes, conduct initial interviews, onboard new team members.
• Build and implement training processes for new hires.
• Provide regular performance reporting on schedule and financials.
• Partner with leadership on business development and onboarding new clients.
• Ensure team communications and documentation meet firm standards.
