Job summary

Sanctuary Camelback Mountain in Paradise Valley, AZ is seeking an attentive server to deliver food and beverage service with a focus on guest comfort and satisfaction. The role involves working closely with the F&B team to ensure timely and accurate delivery, maintaining restaurant standards, and assisting with room service and special guest requests.

Candidates should have previous food and beverage or hospitality experience, a current Food Handler’s Card, and Title IV Alcohol Certification.

Qualifications

• Must be extremely organized; able to expedite multiple orders completely and correctly.
• Able to drive a golf cart, and lift and transport heavy trays up to 60 lbs.
• Able to work outdoors and in inclement weather when necessary.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble orders, deliver and service food and beverages to guests.
• Be familiar with menus, wine list, ingredients and preparation for each dish.
• Maintain service etiquette and professionalism throughout guest dining experiences.
• Assist with room service and special requests; relay guest comments to supervisor.
• Keep work area clean and equipment in good condition and report issues.
