Signature Bath of Central PA is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to bring luxury bath remodeling to homeowners in Central Pennsylvania. You will meet with pre-qualified customers, present customized luxury bath solutions, and close sales using our iPad-based design system.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in luxury sales, home improvement, or remodeling is a plus.
• Professional appearance and confident public speaking abilities.
• Reliable transportation and availability to serve customers throughout Central Pennsylvania.
• Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for helping homeowners improve their living spaces.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with qualified homeowners
• Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to design and present luxury bath solutions
• Create customized bathroom concepts using easy-to-use design software
• Educate customers on premium products, features, and benefits
• Present pricing and confidently close sales
• Participate in weekly sales training and ongoing professional development
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through purchase
