Job summary

Signature Bath of Central PA is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to join our luxury remodeling team. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present tailored bath solutions, and guide them through the decision process as you design concepts using our iPad-based system.

This outside sales role offers commission-based compensation with top performers earning $150,000–$200,000+ annually, flexible schedule, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury sales or remodeling is a plus.
• Professional appearance and confident communication.
• Willing to travel to Central Pennsylvania.

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be the trusted advisor for homeowners, meeting with pre-qualified customers to understand their needs and present customized luxury bath remodeling solutions.

This is an outside sales opportunity where you will use advanced technology, including our iPad-based design system, to create personalized presentations, provide expert recommendations, and guide customers through their remodeling decisions.
