Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Opera, HotSOS, Excel and Word is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping services in guestrooms including cleaning and restocking.
• Coordinate guest and employee laundry/dry cleaning and manage uniforms.
• Perform general administrative tasks for the housekeeping department (reports, inventory).
• Ensure cleanliness of corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces and maintain brand standards.
